BOLT TENSIONING OPTIMUS SUB-SEA

A specially designed system of bolt tensioning equipment to suit the demanding requirements of divers operating in harsh subsea enviroments. Tentec subsea tensioners have been used in the North sea since 1991 and have a proven reliability and safety record

The Optimus system has many time saving and safety features:-

Self energizing seals which eradicate the need for time consuming seal adjustments.

30mm of piston stroke means more tensioning before re-setting the tool

Each subsea tensioner has a dual hose connection meaning simpler hose build

The Optimus range of tensioners incorperate a safety "over stroke" device
